• Payments are processed through PayPal. This protects your credit card infomation and offers you buyer protection.
• No PayPal account is required to make a purchase.
• Some items are shipped from the United States, some from the U.K. depending on where Lorelei McBroom was residing at the time they were made. Customs fees are additional, and customs delays my occur, beyond the control of Jewelry by Lorelei
• Shipping fees are flat rate and include a signature to guarentee delivery was received in most countries.
• Jewelry sometimes comes apart; links and rings can unhinge. Lorelei will repair those occasional mishaps. 1) Contact her with the issue by email at cybersiren@loreleimcbroom.com. 2) Mail the broken item to Jewelry by Lorelei c/o Lorelei McBroom 1 Arden St. New York, NY 10040 3) Item will be repaired and returned free of charge.
